1. Who we are
HolyGrail ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Tran Thanh Dat, Hanoi, Vietnam. You can reach us at support@holygrailbot.com.
2. What the Service is
HolyGrail is an educational trading simulator. You configure pre-built automated strategies, and the Service executes them against a simulated account holding virtual funds, priced from publicly available cryptocurrency market data.
To be explicit about what the Service is not:
- No real money is traded, held, transferred or invested at any time.
- We never connect to your exchange accounts and never ask for exchange API keys.
- We do not hold, custody or control customer funds or crypto-assets of any kind.
- We are not a broker, exchange, money transmitter or investment adviser.
- We do not sell trading signals, managed accounts or copy-trading.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Strategy descriptions, historical simulations and performance figures are provided for education only. Simulated past performance does not indicate future results. Any decision you make with real money is yours alone, and trading leveraged derivatives carries a high risk of losing your capital.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. One person may not operate multiple free accounts to exceed plan limits.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
- Use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits and plan quotas;
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own product;
- Present simulated results as real trading performance to third parties;
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement. We do not receive or store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Plan changes and downgrades
If you downgrade or your subscription lapses, bots that exceed your new plan limits are paused, not deleted. Your configurations and simulation history are retained for 90 days, during which you can resume them by upgrading again.
8. Market data
The Service uses publicly available market data from third-party exchanges. We do not guarantee that this data is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of gaps, and we are not responsible for third-party outages or changes to their data.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid plans.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, strategies, documentation and design, remains our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. Simulation results generated from your own configurations are yours to use.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that simulated results will match the behaviour of any live trading venue.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities or losses incurred in real markets. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
